How it works

From the scene to your screen.

Citizen reporters across Toronto stream live from where things happen. We capture, verify, and index every moment — then make it available to approved buyers as live feeds and a searchable archive.

The pipeline

Every capture is verified before it reaches you.

A reporter goes live

Someone on the ground streams the event as it unfolds — geo-tagged with GPS, timestamped, and tied to a neighbourhood. Often first on scene, before any crew is dispatched.

We capture & seal it

Every stream is recorded. Captures are hashed and cryptographically signed at the source with a documented chain of custody — built to remain authentic and tamper-evident.

We transcribe & index

Audio is transcribed and footage is auto-classified by incident type and tagged. Everything becomes searchable by location, date, time, type, and keywords.

We moderate

A human reviews footage before it's published to buyers. Real incidents only — no staged or off-topic uploads reach the marketplace.

You watch, search, and buy

Approved subscribers watch live feeds, search the archive by location and time, pull streams into their own feed, or buy a specific capture.

Buyer verticals

Different buyers, different access.

Access is scoped to who you are and how you'll use the footage. Two footage tiers exist: commercial footage that approved media and insurance buyers can license or purchase, and restricted footage that is view-only and limited to authorized public agencies.

Media

Newsrooms & broadcasters

Get to the story first. Watch the city's live feeds, then take what you need to air or publish.

  • Watch live feeds across Toronto in real time
  • Pull a live or recorded stream into your own broadcast or feed under license
  • Buy individual clips of the moments that matter
  • Search the archive by location and time to backfill a developing story
Insurance

Carriers & claims teams

Find out what actually happened at a place and time. The archive is searchable down to an address and a window of minutes.

  • Search by specific address, radius, or map area
  • Filter by date and time range to match an incident window
  • Review matching geo-tagged, timestamped captures
  • Purchase the captures relevant to a claim — evidentiary chain of custody included
Restricted access

Government & law enforcement

A restricted channel for authorized public agencies. This footage is view-only and never sold — access is granted only to approved parties.

  • View-only access to sensitive, restricted footage
  • Granted only to vetted, authorized government and law-enforcement parties
  • Not commercially purchasable — no resale, no download for distribution
  • Every view is logged for audit and accountability
How buyers pay

Vetted access, on a monthly subscription.

After an appointment and approval, access runs on a monthly subscription scoped to your organization. We don't publish rates here — tiers are scoped to your use case and discussed in your appointment. There is no self-serve checkout: every account is approved first.

Subscription access

An approved monthly subscription, per organization, with seats for your team. It unlocks live feeds and the searchable archive at the tier scoped to your use.

Per-capture purchases

On top of access, you license streams or buy individual captures as you need them. You only pay for the footage you actually take.

Next step
