Access

Access is granted, not bought.

Dispatch Live is not a sign-up-and-go service. Because of what the footage is and who it's for, every account is vetted before it sees anything. Here's the path from first contact to working access.

The path to access

Four steps. No footage until you're approved.

Request an appointment

Email from your organization's business email. Tell us who you are and your vertical — media, insurance, or government / law enforcement.

Vetting meeting

We hold a short sales and legal meeting to confirm your organization, your intended use, and the license terms. Nothing is visible to you while this is pending — not even a preview.

Approval

Once vetted, your organization is approved and your team gets seats. Government and law-enforcement parties are granted the restricted channel where applicable.

Monthly subscription

Approved accounts begin a short preview, then continue on a monthly subscription scoped to your organization. Access is per-org, with seats for your team, and can be paused or revoked if terms are breached.

Why it works this way

Vetting protects everyone in the chain.

01

The footage is real

This is verified, evidentiary footage of real people and real incidents. Who can see it — especially the restricted channel — has to be controlled.

02

Use is licensed

Every view, pull, and purchase is governed by a license scoped to your organization. Redistribution beyond that scope is a breach. The meeting sets those terms up front.

03

Everything is logged

All access is watermarked with your organization and logged for audit. That accountability is part of why buyers — and the people on screen — can trust the system.
